Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead a transformation program for our organization. This is a high-impact role that involves driving the end-to-end execution of the program, managing the transition between technology platforms, and ensuring seamless integration while maintaining production operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex programs, stakeholder engagement, and balancing operational and transformational work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of the transformation program, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Define and implement standardized processes for project management, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress and challenges.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure delivery of services and resolve issues as needed.
  • dentify, assess, and mitigate risks and challenges to minimize program disruptions.
  • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth program execution.
  • Provide regular status reports on program milestones, risks, and outcomes to senior management.
  • Balance program execution with maintaining ongoing production operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in program management with a focus on technology transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, platform migrations, and operational support processes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex programs, including cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to navigate complex scenarios and ensure smooth execution.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, reporting systems, and methodologies.
  • PMP or similar certification preferred.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in managing programs that involve transitioning to new technology platforms while maintaining business continuity.
  • Background in vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and adaptable project management approaches.
  • Experience as PMO to oversee multiple projects running under a program.

What we're looking for:

  • BTech/MTech in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 4 years of hands-on software testing experience
  • Exposure to end-to-end test management and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams and build consensus
  • Knowledge of writing test plans for end to end workflows and test management suites
  • Understanding of test methodologies like functional, performance, security testing etc
  • Experience with bug reporting in JIRA and familiar with good bug templates
  • Good analytical, critical and logical thinking and a problem solver
