We are looking for an experienced FullStackJavaDeveloper proficient in Core Java and React.js to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), Java-based web development (MVC or equivalent frameworks), and modern front-end technologies like React, HTML5, JavaScript, and AJAX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java (Core, Spring Boot, or equivalent frameworks).
  • Build dynamic, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js and related libraries.Work on both server-side and client-side code to deliver complete end-to-end solutions.
  • Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for communication between client and server.Collaborate with cross-functional teams — designers, QA, and DevOps — to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure application quality, performance, and security through efficient coding practices.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, system design, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
  • Stay updated with emerging web technologies and apply them in ongoing projects.

Technical Skills & Experience

‍

Core Java / Backend:

  • Strong understanding of Core Java and OOPs fundamentals (Encapsulation, Abstraction, Inheritance, Polymorphism).
    Experience with Spring / Spring Boot / Hibernate / JPA frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of MVC or MVVM architecture.
  • Expertise in building and consuming RESTful web services.
  • Hands-on experience with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
  • Familiarity with micro services architecture is a plus.

Frontend (React / Web Development):

  • Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with state management tools (Redux / Context API).
  • Familiarity with AJAX and jQuery frameworks.
  • Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs with frontend applications.

Tools & Platforms:

  • Good understanding of Node.js for build and development workflows.
  • Experience with Git / GitHub / GitLab for version control.
  • Familiarity with Maven / Gradle build tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Basic knowledge of Docker, cloud (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Strong full stack development experience (Java + React).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
  • Immediate joiners only (Notice period ≤ 15 days preferred).
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model

What we're looking for:

  • BTech/MTech in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 4 years of hands-on software testing experience
  • Exposure to end-to-end test management and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams and build consensus
  • Knowledge of writing test plans for end to end workflows and test management suites
  • Understanding of test methodologies like functional, performance, security testing etc
  • Experience with bug reporting in JIRA and familiar with good bug templates
  • Good analytical, critical and logical thinking and a problem solver
